Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for accessing AppTools products, private bots, APIs, documentation, and support.

Last updated August 22, 2026

01

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to AppTools websites, software, APIs, private bots, documentation, support, and related services. By accessing, purchasing, or using AppTools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for information submitted through your account or access credentials and for keeping passwords, license keys, API keys, and connected accounts secure.

03

Purchases and private access

Private product access is arranged through an authorized AppTools Discord ticket. The product, price, payment method, delivery, license scope, support, and any transaction-specific refund terms will be confirmed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

04

License and permitted use

Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, AppTools grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for its documented purpose. Access may not be resold, sublicensed, shared outside the authorized user or team, or used to create a competing product unless we agree in writing.

05

Acceptable use

  • Use AppTools only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party rights, and the documentation provided with the product.
  • Do not use AppTools for fraud, deception, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, harassment, or activity that harms another person, service, or network.
  • Do not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, remove notices, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not submit data, accounts, links, proxies, or other materials unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use them.
06

Third-party platforms

AppTools may interact with third-party platforms and services. We do not control those services and do not guarantee continued compatibility, availability, or approval by any third party. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with each third party's terms, policies, technical limits, and account requirements.

07

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You authorize AppTools to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backups, configuration, and results of your use.

08

AppTools ownership

AppTools and its licensors retain all rights in the software, interfaces, designs, documentation, branding, and related technology. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the limited license expressly stated above.

09

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, performance, compatibility, or the service. Maintenance, third-party changes, outages, and other events may affect availability. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when practical.

10

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, payment is unresolved, use creates legal or security risk, or continued access could harm AppTools, users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

11

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise specific results, uninterrupted operation, permanent third-party compatibility, or that all errors will be corrected.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid AppTools for the affected product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, open a ticket at discord.app-tools.pro.
