  • Process access requests, purchases, licenses, support tickets, and service communications.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and protect users and our systems.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
03

Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing.

04

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, communications, support, and payment or purchase operations; with third-party services you direct us to connect; or when required to protect rights, safety, and comply with law.

05

Third-party services

AppTools links to or interacts with services such as Discord, Telegram, and supported music platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Review their policies before submitting information or connecting an account.

06

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, complete transactions, resolve disputes, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the information and why it is processed.

07

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials and API keys confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

08

International data transfers

AppTools and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply protections consistent with applicable law.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To submit a request, open a ticket through our Discord community. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
